A file can’t be opened

Letter Opener can open Winmail.dat and ZIP file formats.

If Letter Opener doesn’t open your file please forward the message including the file!

##Forward a message including an attachment

1. Tap the arrow on bottom of the email
2. Tap “Forward”
3. Make sure you include the attachment that won’t open
4. Type support@winmail.help into the recipient-field
5. Tap “Send”
